My name is Olga Levitt. I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher,
who through my work as a systemic psychotherapist, superviser and trainer, developed an interest in the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for coping with the stresses of everyday life and as a way of managing many mental and physical health issues.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher and trained in mindfulness through Bangor University
